I am re posting my add because a roommate situation fell through.
I have a large room for rent in my three bedroom house. I am the home owner (30's, female, shift worker) There is also a young male roommate here as well. The rented out rooms are downstairs and I am upstairs.
Shared kitchen, bathroom, laundry ect.
Parking in front of the house, it is a quiet dead end street that ends at access to Nanaimo River.
I am easy going and flexible but do require a tidy roommate.
Utilities included, wifi, netflix, ect.
I have a large dog and a cat.
