I have a room for rent in my three bedroom house. I am the home owner (30's, female, shift worker) There is also a young male roommate here as well, also a shift worker. The rented out rooms are downstairs and I am upstairs.
Shared kitchen, bathroom, laundry ect.
Parking in front of the house, it is a quiet dead end street that ends at access to Nanaimo River.
I am easy going and flexible but do require a tidy, respectful roommate. Smoking outside only. Short term rental is fine. There is a bus stop at the end of the rd and gas station, grocery store, cafe within walking distance.
Utilities included, wifi, netflix, ect.
I have a large dog and a cat.
