1989 Class C 27ft Motorhome in Cassidy, British Columbia for sale

My mom and I just bought this motorhome in late August 2015. We had new front brakes, top of line brake pads and the calipers/hoses replaced. We did an oil change and were getting it ready for our first trip and my mom got sick. As a result, we didn't get out camping at all and with her new prognosis, we won't get out camping. So, I'll tell you what I know about the motorhome.
It has two twin beds at the back, separate toilet and shower, decent kitchen with microwave, sink, stove, and cupboard storage, fold down bench/sofa, and over cab bed (sleeps 2). Motorhome is clean and comfortable, but it does show its age in some places (couch has a tear, easily covered by a blanket, etc.) It drives smooth and is comfortable on the road. It is still insured so you can take it for a drive and see for yourself. It has a new back up camera, but apparently the wiring needs to be redone in order for it to function.
Good stuff:
- new front brake pads, calipers, hoses ($500+ have receipt)
- oil change Sept 2015
- roof has been resealed in last year
- new fuel injectors 5000 miles ago
- new lino flooring
- good tires
- AC/stove/microwave/generator work
- clean, no mold or mildew inside
- runs well, with no major mechanical issues
Not ideal:
- we were told the fridge worked when we bought it, but discovered that it wasn't working for us. We ordered a new board for the fridge as the old one seemed a bit corroded, and havent installed it yet. We don't really have the time or wherewithall to install ourselves, so please if you're interested, just know you will have a new board to install for the fridge. Also, the fridge door handle is loose/needs repair but it still opens.

- was told awning has small tear, haven't rolled it out to inspect
- generator requires a tune-up/service
